What should I expect from the group?
Harmony in Transition: Rebuilding after Divorce is 6-week support group for women navigating divorce. The goal is for the group to be a supportive space where group members can share their lived experiences, offer advice and support to each other, and get guidance from the therapist who can provide from practical tools for navigating the post-divorce journey. Each week will focus on a specific topic with the therapist facilitating the group process with helpful prompts and then managing time.
Are the groups available online?
Currently, we only offer groups in-person at my office in St Louis Park, MN. We plan to offer virtual options to clients who reside in California and North Carolina in the near future.
Is my privacy protected during group therapy?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines and legal standards to protect your privacy. During the initial group meeting, we will discuss group rules and the importance of privacy in more detail.
